I am a sole practitioner with more than forty years experience, primarily in the fields of commercial and employment discrimination litigation. I also have considerable experience in disputes between customers of securities brokers and their brokers. Martindale-Hubbell, the most prestigious rating agency for attorneys, has given me its highest rating.

Although I have represented employers as well as employees in disputes, over the last twenty years, my focus has been centered on the representation of employees in disputes with current or former employers.

I have tried more than 100 cases in various courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Tax Court, the Courts of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Lehigh, Delaware and Bucks Counties. In addition, I have arbitrated more than 250 cases in various forums, including the American Arbitration Association, National
Association of Securities Dealers, Financial Industry Regulatory Agency, Philadelphia Stock Exchange, U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Courts of Common Pleas of Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties.

My appellate experience includes the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
